Gordon Ramsay Steak
By Bianca Gallegos
I never knew anything about that Gordon Ramsey guy. Until eating at this restaurant. I liked the attention to detail Gordon Ramsey put in everything about the restaurant. Everything was an over the top experience. From the moment you are making the reservation, to leading up to my table and taking the last bite of the meal. You will need a reservation to get in, so plan ahead and book in advance. The restaurant is Located in Paris hotel. We ordered from a limited edition three course menu valued at $165 per person. Unfortunately, our server, surprisingly a little condescending and his service wasn’t as nice as the lavish decor but otherwise a memorable experience.
Land & Sea Beef Wellington
We Recommend Entree:
Ingredients
Pineapple relish, pickled mushrooms, puff rice, miso vinaigrette, lime aioli.
REVIEW: Please take note that this entree was a “limited edition” menu item. While the most popular entree is the “Beef Wellington” at this restaurant, I wanted everything to include seafood (you could ask to just have lobster alone I am not a full Pescetarian myself yet). The lobster tail was the star of this dish! It was buttery, juicy, and tender.

Hamachi Crudo
We Recommend Entree:
Ingredients
Pineapple relish, pickled mushrooms, puff rice, miso vinaigrette, lime aioli.
REVIEW: Yellowtail is my favorite fish so I was very excited about the Hamachi Crudo on the tasting menu. This was my second favorite. The fish was tender and fresh complimented by the cream sauce and the fresh vegetables to make it light and easy leaving room for more food coming.
Scotch Egg
We Recommend Entree:
Ingredients
Quail egg, berkshire pork sausage, red wine braised cabbage.
REVIEW: My favorite food is egg and all of a sudden Gordon Ramsay makes food just about egg and it was a concert for my taste buds. The sausage is mixed in the crust so you cannot substitute the sausage out. It was crunchy and melty in your mouth. It’s packed with flavor, each bite I mixed together and it tasted amazing. The red wine braised cabbage added a lemony taste to it. The cream sauce diversified the taste of it. This was very nice tasty experiences in this one little dish.
Diver Scallop Pork & English Pea Risotto
We Recommend Entree:
Ingredients
Pea shoots, house cured bacon, pork hock velouté, tomato dulce.
REVIEW: If you’re on a strict seafood diet, ask to hold the pork or remove it yourself. The instructions were to mix it together but it became like a milkshake and it became too blended and it was super heavy, it fills you up on it’s own. The scallop was delicious if you eat it alone, the ingredients all on their own were tasty but don’t mix this together as advised!
